TDA1515 audio power amplifier circuit diagram

The design of this TDA1515 audio power amplifier is very simple and offers a maximum of 24 watts output power on a 2 ohms load impedance ( bridge mode connections ) . The TDA1515 audio IC power amplifier is used in many audio applications like PC speaker or TV , car radio applications .
The TDA1515 IC can be connected in bridge mode connection ( which offer much power in mono mode ) or stereo configuration .
At a supply voltage VP = 14,4 V,the TDA1515 will deliver an output power of 24 W into a 4 W BTL (Bridge Tied Load) or when is used as stereo amplifier it delivers 2 x 12 W into 2 ohms or 2x 7 W into 4 ohms load .

Main features of the TDA1515 audio IC amplifier are : large usable gain variation , very good ripple rejection , internal limited bandwidth for high frequencies , low stand-by current possibility , load dump protection , a.c. and d.c. short-circuit safe to ground up to VP = 18 V , thermal protection , outputs short-circuit safe to ground in BTL , reverse polarity safe.
The ic accepts a wide range input voltage from 6 volts up to 18 volts DC .
